SHIPPING, RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY.

Shipping Terms

At NOPE standard shipping is on us. We use third party logistics vendor to ship our products. WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN INDIA. Please allow 1-4 working days for your order to be dispatched. Once your order has been picked up by our delivery partner, you will receive an intimation on your registered contact details. You can always track your order using the order number. We do not ship internationally; however, we do hope to offer this soon.

Shipping Timelines.

We try to send the shipment as soon as possible.  Our small teams works really hard.

1-2 days for order fulfilment

4-7 days for order delivery

We work with most reputed delivery partners who work extra hard to deliver your orders. Metro cities tend to take less time, whereas remote locations may take longer. We keep a personal tab on each order once dispatched.

We do not do expedited shipping and there’s a reason for that!! Our objective is to reduce our carbon footprint where ever possible.

Return Policy

Our products are rigorously tested for quality and all shipments are carefully inspected prior to shipping. However, under unfortunate circumstances where you have an issue with our products and need a replacement or refund, we will do our best to accommodate the request.

Because of personal nature of our products, we cannot accept return of items that have been opened, part used or consumed.

We take utmost care that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that

  • The item may be damaged during transit
  • There may be a manufacturing defect
  • A wrong item is delivered to you

In only such cases we will replace the item at no extra cost or refund the complete amount provided the request has been made within 48 hours of receipt of the package. If you do not contact us within 48 hours, you may not be eligible for return or refund.

The return will be denied or rejected if the product is found used or opened, or the seal has been tampered with. To verify the condition of the product, we may need you to share images or video.

To get a refund or replacement, email us on hello@no-pe.in with your order number and reason. We shall not be responsible for items sent to us for refund/ replacement without our confirmation. If the replacement item is out of stock we will try to provide the best possible alternative else refund the full amount.

Cancellation Policy.

Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of order placement, provided your order is not shipped. If your order ships before it is cancelled, you’re welcome to initiate a return as long as the product is unopened or unused. We will ask you to cover the return shipping cost.

Refund

You will get the refund amount back to the original payment method. Once your return item has been received at our fulfilment centre, it will be checked by our quality team. If approved we will let you know. Please allow 15 days from date of approval for amount to reflect in your account.
